Material description :
We have all kinds of raw materials to make helmet and can customize according to customers’ requirements. They are as following but not limited to them: 
1. Shell Material: Intensified ABS 709/Shock-resistance ABS 
2. Lining Material: High density EPS or EPP 
3. Buckle Material: High anti-impact POM

4. Visor Material: PC 
5. Neck Protector Material: EVA 
6. Type of Surface Painting: High-grade UV painting or PU painting

Sample:

1) Sample Fee 
 *.Normal sample without any change will be charged double and will be refunded upon mass  production 
*.Decal layout fee will be charged if the artwork of decal shall be customized 
 *.Sample Payment: subject to quantity and design complexity if without existing mold 
 *.Decal Sample Fee Refund: Sample fee shall be refunded upon mass order of above 1500pcs.

*With existing mold: 7-10 days 
*Mold to be opened: around 55-60 days

1.Each helmet is packed with a cloth bag to avoid any possible scratch during transportation.

3. Inner box: 4-color printed box. MOQ of customized artwork is 1500pcs 
4. Outer Carton: Standard export corrugated carton with 3-layer A=B 
5. For those who run under lower budget, we also provide brown paper inner box packing. 
6. We also conduct very strict supervision during container loading process. Pictures of container loading are taken on the spot for tracking purpose
